Like many in this business, I started under the wing of a host agency—learning, growing, and figuring out where I fit in the ever-expanding world of travel. It gave me the structure I needed, access to suppliers, and the community support that’s so crucial in those early years.
Then came the leap. Independence.
I built my own agency, took on the responsibility of managing my brand, client relationships, and everything in between. It was thrilling, exhausting, and rewarding in ways I never expected. I thrived in the freedom, but also learned just how much weight an independent agency carries.
After years of growth, success, and lessons learned, I found myself at a crossroads. I had built something great, but I also saw a new opportunity—one that wasn’t just about my success, but about helping others find theirs.
So I went back to a host agency, but this time with a different purpose. Not just to book luxury travel, but to elevate and mentor the next generation of travel advisors.
